Will my dog be walked on a lead?

As a rule, the dogs are allowed to run free on the footpaths around our home, but we can of course walk them on a lead if you prefer.

Will my dog be walked alone or with other dogs?

We tend to go out all together.

Do you provide dog food?

As every dog has a different diet and separate requirements, we ask that you bring enough food for your dog during their stay.

Will my dog have access to a secure exercise area?

We have a walled garden which is completely secure where the dogs can relax and play happily.

Will my dog be safe from traffic?

We live on a private lane, well off the main road. we do not cross any roads on our walks around our home.

How often will my dog be walked?

Everyone is taken for at least one long walk a day. Sometimes they might go twice or even for a run with my eldest son if they like speedy walks!

Will my dog sleep alone or with others?

The dogs share our kitchen and hallway. these areas can be separated as necessary and quiet areas are provided for dogs who like some time out from the others.

Yes, we have insurance with Protectivity Pet Business Insurance

Do you have a licence?

Yes, we are licensed under The Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals)(England) Regulations 2018 with Maidstone Borough Council. Licence Number 21/03433/ANEST. Designated 5 Stars.

What age do you accept dogs from?

We accept puppies from 12 weeks old.

Does my dog have to be neutered?

We require that all of our dogs are neutered from 10 months old.

How will I know if my dog likes it there?

We provide a trial night free of charge ahead of any bookings to ensure that all parties and dogs are happy.

Will you keep me updated with how my dog is getting on whilst I’m away?

Yes of course! We will send you regular photographs and updates of all the fun they are having!
